WARM is Hiring a Director of Development & Fundraising

WARM is looking for our next Director of Development & Fundraising, someone to lead our fundraising full-time so WARM can keep showing up for neighbors across the Westerville area.

This role oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual fundraising plan that includes individual giving, monthly and major donor cultivation, grants, faith-based and corporate partnerships, and event sponsorships.

The opening comes as Sara Acocks steps away from the Director of Development & Fundraising role. Sara and WARM are working together on a transition plan that will take place before the end of the year.

In just one year, Sara has led WARM to great financial success and stronger community partnerships, all through her deep love for seeing Westerville thrive. She remains a fierce advocate for WARM and its mission, and we're grateful for all she has done in this role and as part of the WARM team.

We're also exploring ways for Sara to keep working with WARM in a new capacity, and we expect to know more in the weeks ahead.

We are deeply grateful for Sara and the heart, dedication, and care she has poured into WARM and the relationships that are so important to our mission. As we look to the next season, we are seeking a Director of Development and Fundraising who feels called to our mission, genuinely enjoys building relationships, and can help invite others into the work God is doing through WARM while strengthening the support needed to serve our neighbors well.
