As I reflect on my nine years with WARM, I am filled with gratitude at how far we have come and even more excited about where we are headed. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing, and being part of, transformative changes that have shaped us into a stronger, more adaptive, and deeply mission-driven team.

I continue to be amazed by the generous support of the Westerville community and the dedication of our volunteers. Their compassion has been the heartbeat of our mission, enabling us to serve with both excellence and heart. What inspires me most today is the passion of our staff and the clarity of the vision set forth by our leadership team and board of directors. We are not simply reacting to the changing needs of those we serve, we are anticipating them, striving to understand the full picture of what families need, and building new, holistic ways to support them.
